I always come to this tim as it is very close to my workplace. There is this one young indian lady that works on tim in evening shift. No matter how hard i try to be nice to her, she is always rude to me. I wonder if this his her approach only towards me or she doesn't have basic etiquettes at all. Tim used to be good back then when you would greet employees with a smile and vice versa. Coming at this tim is my only option as it is the only tim nearby.
I always take a vanilla so it's hard to go wrong but every morning I'm there someone else gets screwed. Lack of sugar, too much cream etc. The service isn't stellar either. It's difficult to be served in French... Only one of the 3 employees present answered me in French.I am perfectly bilingual, but I believe it is a lack of professionalism in Quebec if an employee assumes that his client knows how to speak English.
