Did a mobile order to pick up for a tiramisu coffee and a sesame bagel with butter. They messed up my order they only gave me a regular infused coffee and a cheese bagel. I try to tell them its the wrong coffee. She tells me noo! I am trying to explain to her whats wrong she keeps saying now. I didnt have time to talk to them i just left with some random order !!!

It's difficult to be served in French... Only one of the 3 employees present answered me in French.I am perfectly bilingual, but I believe it is a lack of professionalism in Quebec if an employee assumes that his client knows how to speak English.

I ask for coffee and she misbehaved with me i went out without even taking my coffee. Someone please explain her how to behave i drink coffee to make myself feel good and she made my all day worst!!!!!!Stay away from this Tim Horton !!!Train your employees how to behave first!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional staff. Mobile order sucks here.Taking shortcuts throwing food into go bags just like that instead of in trays since Tims offers and the orders weren't served orderly.

The scan and pay never works at this location. While waiting for my food at the drive through, I realize that I paid full price. I then ask for a refund for the difference. The employee is refusing to process the refund. After a few words the so called person in charge comes and tells me to go to the front to get my refund. I don't understand why my refund cannot be processed on the spot. I don't even get a receipt at the drive through. This was last Friday morning. Today I purposely went in to the store. A young lady at the cash doesn't know how to process the scan and pay in the store. She asked for help from a lady. She was very rude and unprofessional as always. At the end she tried to help rudely twice and it did not work and gave up and told me to pay. The amount to be paid was the full price. Instead of the discounted price. I ended up not purchasing my breakfast and leaving. I will not be coming back to this location. I will be advising my friends not to come to this location. I have many other complaints but this made me write this review. The people working at this location needs to be retrained and be more professional towards all clients! All equipments needs to be checked to see if it is working.
