“I really liked the vibe when I entered the colors just matched perfectely with the november vibe. It was cold outside, but inside was very warm. I ordered a coffee and a chocolate donut and I got it witten a minute. The coffee was very cheap and very good and so was the chocolate donut. The employee who served me, Alexi was also super helpful and fast.“

This Tim Hortons is consistently very busy—always packed, which says a lot about the demand and location.

I want to especially recognize the team behind the counter. The ladies working here are doing a great job under pressure—serving quickly, staying organized, and keeping things moving in what can only be described as a high-volume environment. That’s not easy.

The food has been fresh, and the coffee is exactly what you expect—reliable and consistent.

That said, with this level of traffic, cleanliness becomes even more important. I would encourage a bit more attention to detail in that area. It’s understandable given how busy it is, but it would elevate the experience even further.

There’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus.

A special word of appreciation to the team behind the counter: your work does not go unnoticed. In a place this busy, your consistency, patience, and effort to serve people well truly matter. You may not always hear it, but you’re doing a great job—thank you for showing up and giving your best every day.

At the end of the day, this is Tim Hortons doing what it does best—fast, consistent, and serving a lot of people well. Honestly, for what it is, it doesn’t get much better than this.“

“Every Sunday morning I visit Tim's extremely early at 6h50am. I am welcomed with a wonderful energy and fantastic smile by Sophie and her sidekick ( I don't know her name). These 2 start my day in such a positive way it carries with me to my job. Bravo girls.“

“I went today, August 6, 2026 around 8am, to buy a coffee. The person who attended me was attending to the clients with impressive speed but not only that but with a kindness that really amazed me. Then the girl who handed me the coffee smiled at me and greeted me as if she knew me and that astonished me even more. I'm definitely going back, and I must say that the place looked super clean. “As I just moved to Laval with my husband and children. I have been ordering from this specific timhortons because it is only 1 minute from our condo and I am just extremely happy. Honestly, due to my severe allergies I can’t eat mostly everything due to the sesame seeds but when I called to make sure if they can make me a wrap without having the employees use the same gloves and to have clean the counter he made it happen without any hesitation. It is RARE in this generation to have people like this. I did not get his name but it was at 7:30AM June 19 2026 for the owner you must know who worked at that time may god bless him!“

“Update from my last post: I received a call following my last post from Tim Hortons Customer Service and was directed to a manager and was surprised that she offered to get compensated with a meal or donuts. I got a meal and coffee which was delicious. Thank you for the courtesy of taking care of your customers.“

“It is not normal nor fair to leave one single poor employee to attend clients on the counter, on the drive through and Uber orders!!! And it is only 10 o'clock in the evening! That is very stressful for both the employee and clients and it is disrespectful and also cheap!“

“I usually go around 7am. Staff is well organized and orders roll out fast. Food has been fresh, hot, nicely made and well portioned.

“My little habibi is the absolute best. I purposely come during the day to see my favourite girls. They know exactly who they are. They are so kind, always smiling, they deal with every client so gracefully. They make my day everytime I get to be served by them. Also Dwade, the manager is the absolute best. “My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru, THANKS to Joselande. It's been a long time since I received such impeccable service! From the start, Joselande took our order with remarkable kindness, repeating each item to make sure everything was correct. She then gave us the total order amount clearly. While checking out, she once again checked and repeated the amount, which shows her professionalism. All with a helpful and warm smile that really made the difference. Thank you, Joselande, for this pleasant moment!

However, the management of the wait in front of the Tim Hortons leaves something to be desired. We didn't wait this time but the previous times, yes. Seeing employees having to figure out who each order belongs to is frustrating, and it's even sadder in heavy rain. Better organization at this level would be really appreciated for them. Hoping that this practice will be resolved before winter!“

“This magazine/store is located inside a gas station convenience store so the space is reduce but still manage to offer a good variety of desserts and a full food menu. I ordered online pickup and it was not long my waiting time. Overall satisfied.“

The sandwich was delicious!
It was hot, fresh, and has become my favorite breakfast sandwich.

“I recently had the pleasure of being served by Alma at Tim Hortons, and I just had to share my wonderful experience! From the moment I approached the counter, Alma was incredibly quick to assist me, even though I didn’t know the name of the item I was looking for. She took the time to listen to my description and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Additionally, I requested a decaf iced coffee, and even though it’s not a standard item on the menu, Alma was more than happy to prepare it for me.
