“I used to live in this area a few years ago and came to this Tim Hortons often. Back then, the service and food were just average.

But over the last year or two, every time I stop by, the experience has been great. Different employees have all been very friendly and helpful.

Today they accidentally gave me the wrong coffee size, but as soon as I mentioned it, they apologized and replaced it right away.

The food also tastes much better now. I’m not sure if there was a new owner or new staff, but whatever changed has really improved this location.“

“As I just moved to Laval with my husband and children. I have been ordering from this specific timhortons because it is only 1 minute from our condo and I am just extremely happy. Honestly, due to my severe allergies I can’t eat mostly everything due to the sesame seeds but when I called to make sure if they can make me a wrap without having the employees use the same gloves and to have clean the counter he made it happen without any hesitation. “Update from my last post: I received a call following my last post from Tim Hortons Customer Service and was directed to a manager and was surprised that she offered to get compensated with a meal or donuts. I got a meal and coffee which was delicious. Thank you for the courtesy of taking care of your customers.“

“This magazine/store is located inside a gas station convenience store so the space is reduce but still manage to offer a good variety of desserts and a full food menu. I ordered online pickup and it was not long my waiting time. Overall satisfied.“

“My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru, THANKS to Joselande. It's been a long time since I received such impeccable service! From the start, Joselande took our order with remarkable kindness, repeating each item to make sure everything was correct. She then gave us the total order amount clearly. While checking out, she once again checked and repeated the amount, which shows her professionalism. All with a helpful and warm smile that really made the difference. However, the management of the wait in front of the Tim Hortons leaves something to be desired. We didn't wait this time but the previous times, yes. Seeing employees having to figure out who each order belongs to is frustrating, and it's even sadder in heavy rain. Better organization at this level would be really appreciated for them. Hoping that this practice will be resolved before winter!“

Every single time I go, they are efficient, organized, and genuinely kind. Even during the busiest rushes, they stay calm, focused, and always greet customers with a smile. It honestly makes a huge difference in how you start your day.

What stands out most is their consistency. No matter how busy it is, the service is always fast, accurate, and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about doing a great job and creating a positive experience for everyone.

If you want Tims I highly recommend stopping at this one if in the area as I never had any wait time.“

“This was my first time at this location, and I had a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
The sandwich was delicious!
It was hot, fresh, and has become my favorite breakfast sandwich.
