Just passed by drive thru & mohamad served us and was very polite and helpful. We saw him running around between the drive thru and the customers inside the gas stations and serving with a smile :-)

Tim Hortons offers excellent service with kind employees serving quickly. The Oreo Iced capp with whipped cream was delicious. Some inconvenience with needing a key for the bathroom. Another customer experienced exemplary service with an exact order. However, a different customer found the food tasting off, service slow, and staff inattentive. Administration may need to address these issues.
