Traveling in from Colorado, I stopped at Sofia in Laval for dinner — it’s on the first floor of the Grand Times Hotel — and this place has serious umph. Upscale look, upscale feel, and the atmosphere is absolutely on point.

Visited Pizzeria Sofia Laval with a group of four girls and loved the beautiful, spacious ambiance. The food was fantastic! The Arancino Cacio e Pepe was incredible—crispy on the outside, soft and savory on the inside—and paired perfectly with the fresh Caprese di Burrata. Huge points to our server for thoughtfully offering a 4-piece order so our whole group could enjoy one!
