I ordered a coffee and a chocolate donut and I got it witten a minute. The coffee was very cheap and very good and so was the chocolate donut. “I would like to thank immensely Allison the Manager and Ragul. We walked in wanting to purchase some pods for our existing Nespresso machine and walked out with the Vertuo. Allison was so caring, attentive and so understanding as my health is not the best. It was obvious but she was so gracious about it and made me feel at ease. She is truly a Gem and made me/us feel so welcome at the Carrefour Laval Nespresso location. Ragul was also very instrumental and assisting with the purchase of the new machine. I wish I can speak with Allison. Unfortunately, when I called the Customer Service, I was informed that its not possible. I was very lucky and dealt with Hamza from the Customer Service who after I explained tried several times so that I can be able to speak with Allison. He apologized that it was not successful. Hamza was so professional and so caring and understanding. To you all BRAVO. I (we) am so grateful for the time you allotted me (us) in ensuring we were purchasing the right machine. Sept. 26,2026 @ 7am ! Now we're here in this place Tim Hortons. Gosh there is a women who is very unfriendly and not helpful to the customers. I bought 2 large Hot coffee . I expect they give me the coffee with cream and sugar on it . But nothin on it and I asked them but she start talking it seems like angry . She is wearing read on top . I'm just holding my tongue it is early morning dont like to figth like she does . She is not supposed to work in the public like this if her attitude . No ethics in handling customers. She make my blood boil early today. Because of this i change the service into 1 Star.“
