“I have been coming to this Tim Hortons many times before, and I have never had an experience like this. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was very disappointing.

On August 29, 2026, at around 12:00 a.m., I came to this location to place an order. While I was speaking to a female employee, she ignored me and did not respond to me. Her attitude and the way she treated me made me feel disrespected, embarrassed, and unwelcome as a customer.

I am not saying that she said anything offensive to me, but her behaviour and the way she treated me were very upsetting. I have been a customer here many times, so I was especially disappointed by what happened tonight.

I hope management will look into this incident and make sure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.“

“The red exterior TimHorton sign does not work so in the evening you have the impression that the restaurant is closed. I had excellent, very fast service, me and my partner had 2 coffees and I had to negotiate with the clerk to drink inside because they had closed the section to chairs and tables... it was 9 p.m. closes at 10pm so not inviting.

Parking: The Timhorton is in the middle of a chain store so there is plenty of parking.
However, I did not have the impression that the place was safe. There were a lot of people in the parking lot and only the Timhorton was open. It's dark in the evening, the parking lot is poorly lit.“

Her service is genuinely exceptional - she is always smiling, warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming, and you can tell that she truly cares about making every customer feel valued.

“The Tim Hortons at 5095 Chemin Queen Mary was clean and quiet around 3 PM. Simran was friendly and efficient, making my coffee fresh and hot. The Boston Maple Donut was tasty but slightly icy, and the Orange Tangerine Quencher was refreshing. Service was fast, and staff seemed attentive. Parking was easy, but I’d check nearby spots during busier hours. Minor gripe: the donut’s chilliness, but overall a pleasant stop.“
