Tim Hortons in Brossard

“Stopped by for a quick coffee run with the kids Saturday afternoon and it hit the spot as always. The barista working the counter around 3pm was patient while my youngest changed her order twice, which we really appreciated. Grabbed a couple of the cake pops for the kids and my usual iced caramel macchiato, and everything came out fast. Parking right out front made the whole stop painless, which matters a lot when you've got two restless kids in tow.“

“I have been a customer of this Tim Horton for years. I never had such exceptional experience that I had in the recent few months.
It was Henrey who always provide such great service.
Always smiling.
Always nice to customers even when busy.

“The iced matchas, chocolatine and apple fritter were delicious and fresh, merci! Also, the lady at the drive-thru window was bilingual, that was nice :-). I understand it was busy and there was someone behind us, but handing us our order with eye contact and a smile would not have taken more time :-(. The other lady who handed our food to us was kind of grumpy and brusque. Thank you for your efforts though overall, maybe the workers may feel stress from time pressure. I hope they get enough breaks.“

“As much as the food at Tim's has gone down since it got bought out, the guy here made it better.

The guy working the counter was alone this morning, he got my order out quick and even though there were a few of us in line he was not rushing anyone to order. He got everyone's order done quickly and remained polite the whole time. Overall super polite and professional.“

“Stopped by this Tim Hortons in Brossard on a Tuesday evening with a couple of friends after dinner, and honestly it hit the spot perfectly. The french vanilla cappuccino was exactly what I needed, smooth and not too sweet, just like I remembered from years ago. The staff were quick and friendly even during what seemed like a fairly busy stretch for a weeknight. It's a solid spot to wind down with good company when you don't want anything too fancy.“

“Very sweet staff. Great matcha latte that is way cheaper than in other coffee shops but still a good quality and taste.
Breakfast Farmers Wrap combo is very tasty and they make it extremely fast.
Staff speaks English which is a big deal for me.
Great to have small talk and enjoy a morning snack.

Atmosphere is okay, although wound be nice if someone cleaned tables sometimes.

“This is my regular spot for coffee ☕ The service is always fast and the place is very clean, but the best part is definitely the staff. They are so friendly, polite, and hardworking. You can tell they really care about their customers. They always greet you nicely and make you feel comfortable. It’s not easy to stay so positive while working, especially when it’s busy, but they do it so well. I truly appreciate them! 🥰❤❤❤“
