I am disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a croissant that wasn't included with my order, and when I politely inquired about it, the employee who told me his name is Henry, responded with a significant amount of attitude and multiple sighs. He rudely stated, 'You don’t see I’m making coffee for the other client,' which was completely uncalled for. I did see he was making coffee but I just thought he might’ve forgotten. This is not a great Tim Hortons location. The staff were not very friendly. I was somewhat disappointed because I wanted food but as we walked in I saw that. The older woman behind the food counter was sneezing on everything. That's a big turn off.
They never have anything every time I’ve gone they never have anything you want. The amount of times that I’ve gone just to get soup they never have it yet they keep it on their menu I then asked for chilli they don’t have that either the amount of times that I’ve gone for a donut they never have it it’s like they only have less than half the menu all the time

Tim Hortons offers perfect service with courteous and responsive staff. Despite some negative opinions on coffee and doughnuts, this location stands out for its good food and great donut selection. The manager's care is evident through the polite staff and quality service, making it the best Tim Hortons in the area. The staff is nice, and the manager is always upset. There were 3 super nice ladies working and they were smiling and happy and friendly. Service was speedy and easy. This is such a nice change from all the other Tim's around. Tiny Tim's without a drive through, people who go there are regulars and will look at you if they've never seen you. If feels like a classic Tim's, no renovations, very nostalgic and they got some cool limited Tim merchandises by the counter on discount.
