Tim Hortons offers fast, friendly service with accurate orders. However, the walkway can be icy and seniors struggle with it. Some complaints about missing menu items not shown in the app, leading to inconveniences for customers. There can be misunderstangs with the app for quick pickup. Lately there hasn’t been any ice caps or ice coffee available, with no vanilla syrup to make them. The service is usually great and the staff is kind, but the service was not super efficient. The bagel was charred.
