The staff kept interactions simple and professional, which helped everything move along naturally. There wasn’t anything that felt out of order or distracting. “Definitely our favourite bakery. They have been around for 20+ years and always same quality.
Best cakes in my opinion: Strawberry Shortcake (hands down the best one I’ve ever had) and the Empereur.
Great service and staff, along with awesome pastries make this a must go to in Brossard“

“Went there for brunch a month ago. Food was very good. Service a bit slow, but they were busy too. They have some wonderful pastries and home made jams, chutneys, preserves and some maple syrup. Their maple butter is simply delicious. They didn't have any today so I'm going to try the caramel butter tomorrow.“

“We came specifically for a dessert that wasn’t available when we arrived, and Manu went out of his way to have it prepared for us. His kindness and thoughtfulness put a big smile on our faces. The dessert was delicious, but his gesture made it even more special. Thank you, Manu!“
