Ashamed, 30 minutes before being served, during this time the employees were mostly on their cell phones, playing, insulting each other, shouting, etc. Most of them didn't even seem to work there, didn't wear uniforms, but it did a lot of things. Waste lying around everywhere and not collected. Just left the drive-thru, we ordered à medium hot chocolate, medium fudge latte and a box of 20 Timbits chocolate, ancienne and sour cream. When ordering, i had to repeat at least 5 times for the medium latte, and about 3 times for the timbits. At the window, the young man brought 2 boxes of 10 timbits, we told him it was wrong. Ordered the vegan habanero bowl and he forgot and put chicken in it and took it back out. I also found one piece in the bowl later on. I usually get the wrap which is thick and nice but the bowl is so sad and lacking.
