warm staff with great attitude
Good service :)
Food is usually ok, sometimes it's slapped together during rushes or the coffee isn't filled up enough.
Service/atmosphere is hit or miss, usually ok but sometimes VERY slow, the staff ignores people in line instead of at least letting them know they'll be right there/apologizing for the wait (apparently drive-through gets priority).
The problem is that the location is tiny and busy during rush hours, and understaffed.
