The Tim Hortons at 5095 Chemin Queen Mary was clean and quiet around 3 PM. Simran was friendly and efficient, making my coffee fresh and hot. The Boston Maple Donut was tasty but slightly icy, and the Orange Tangerine Quencher was refreshing. Service was fast, and staff seemed attentive. Parking was easy, but I’d check nearby spots during busier hours. Minor gripe: the donut’s chilliness, but overall a pleasant stop.

A specific employee is repeatedly praised for being polite, professional, and very friendly, providing excellent customer service with a big smile and positive attitude. This employee handles everything professionally, even during busy hours, and makes customers feel valued. The team at the Snowdon metro station location is always fantastic, very friendly and respectful, working hard to serve everyone quickly. Despite the constant crowd near the metro entrance, they stay calm, organized, and efficient. It is a great spot to grab a coffee or a snack on the way to or from the metro.
