Sandwiches are fresh and well prepared, and pastries are delicious. Service is always very good, impeccable, friendly, and helpful. Staff are professional and make sure orders are accurate. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, clean and well lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to relax and enjoy your meal. Tables are well spaced, providing a certain level of privacy. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp, two door entrances, and accessible bathrooms. Cash counters are at eye level. While there is not much space and it may be difficult to pass between tables, the overall experience is positive and it is recommended. A note to make: the entrance to the Tim at Boulevard Gouin is really poorly done.
