Honestly this Tims is well managed. Firstly the sandwiches are warm, not too burnt like some other restaurants. Secondly the employees for the most part seem well organized and polite, though a but more bilingualism would be appreciated. Lastly the brunette who takes orders at the drivethru is a keeper. She works so fast yet still manages to crack you a smile. She’s a walking symbol of customer service
