“Lovely, inviting place. The best grilled smoked meat and cheese sandwich on the planet! We went everyday on our visit to Montreal and I recommend this place to locals and visitors alike. Ask Romain for a lavender London Fog and you will not be disappointed!“

“Started last Friday’s day off with a stop at the amazing Cafe dei Campi. Fully veganized Italian pastries and small pizzas. Soups and salads too but I stuck to the Italian specialties. Hazelnut filled tortellini melt in your mouth pastries. Amarettis and Biscotti. The essential Italian cafe’s big espresso machine which makes the perfect double espresso with the layer of crema and their cappuccino with perfect foam. Accompanied with a flaky delicious cornetto, it felt like heaven. Much chatting with my friend and a necessary second cornetto and espresso completed our visit by closing time. We had lucked out with a table. Had a great rest of the day that right from the start, arriving at the cafe there was a couple with their little boy wearing a Metallica t-shirt. Of course I had to comment, he was so cute and responsive to my speaking to him. And found out he’s a true fan of heavy metal music, this beautiful 4 year old boy named Sandro. So the day was pretty perfect.🖤“

“Toujours un plaisir de s’arrêter à ce charmant café hiver comme l’été. Un endroit sympathique et chaleureux qui nous transporte, le temps d’un café. Au pays des Gina Lolobrigida, Fabio Cannavaro. Jarmo Trulli. Federico Fellini et Luciano Pavarotti pour ne nommer que ceux-ci. Que de mieux qu’un cappuccino accompagné d’un panettone Merci la vie.“

“Nice little cafe with a selection of coffees, teas and small bites/sandwiches and friendly staff. There was a mixed crowd, with some students working and other people just chatting over coffee. Of note is that they offer lactose free and nut milk at no charge. We ordered a cortado and mochaccino, both were very good. Overall, great spot to warm up and enjoy a coffee and chat.“

Niché au bout de la rue Chabot dans le Plateau Est, ce petit café de quartier est un véritable bijou culinaire. Le menu est court, mais chaque plat est maîtrisé avec soin. La tarte aux tomates du Québec est une merveille : pâte feuilletée parfaite, tomates savoureuses, cheddar vieilli, le tout relevé d’herbes de Provence... un pur plaisir. La quiche aux épinards est douce et ensoleillée, et les viennoiseries? Un festival de textures et de parfums : croissants, chocolatines, financiers... tout est fait maison, frais du jour. Que vous veniez pour un brunch entre amis, un latté réconfortant ou un panier de douceurs à emporter, vous serez charmé à coup sûr. L’ambiance est lumineuse, familiale, inclusive et apaisante. L’endroit est aussi accessible à tous, avec des toilettes non genrées et des aménagements pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Mention spéciale au personnel : leur bonne humeur est contagieuse et leur souci du détail fait toute la différence. On sent l’amour derrière chaque geste. “Cute coffee shop/ coffee roaster. They have a huge variety but the coffee is very pricey. I asked a few questions and the person at the cash was rude and told me all the prices varied and didn’t offer to help me find anything. I think some price tags on the bags could be helpful, as only the bags of 1 brand around 40$ + have prices listed.
I ended up picking a 30$ 350g bag, a bit pricey but is very good coffee; worth the price but not necessarily my daily coffee budget. If you need a specialty coffee this is the spot.
They have a nice seating area, great location next to the canal to take coffee roaster go for a walk.“

“Lovely people. Eclectic and cozy atmosphere. Very relaxing. The espresso gelato was amazing.

I do wish the vegetarian bagel was a bit easier to eat and had avocado instead of the small guac cup, but I'm not sure that is typical after seeing other photo reviews. And still not a big deal, it still tasted good, albeit a bit messy. 😊“

“This cozy and inviting coffee shop is a hidden gem. It serves great lattes, pastries, and fresh food. The staff is always friendly. It's a perfect spot for working or catching up with friends.“

“Very cozy quiet little restaurant in old port.
Had a tasting menu and it was 50/50 delicious and so so. (Hence the 4stars) service was a little slow but not unreasonable. I enjoyed myself and would recommend this place to a friend.“

“I don’t usually get blown away by dessert shops, but this place really surprised me. It looks nice from the outside, but the food is actually ground breaking for a neighborhood spot.
I came in with a friend and we spent forever looking at the screens because the variety is huge. I eventually went with the Fraise Banane (classic choice, I know) and it was perfect. The fruit was actually fresh—not that mushy stuff some places use—and the presentation was beautiful. It felt like something you’d get at a high-end restaurant, not a casual counter spot.
The service was the highlight for me though. The staff didn't rush us even though we were indecisive, and they seemed genuinely happy to be there. It’s hard to find that kind of energy these days.
It’s just a genuinely great experience from start to finish. Good vibes, insane food, and nice people. I’m telling everyone I know to come here before the line gets too long. Absolutely stunning work, guys!“

“While walking in the Avenue Mont-Royal and looking for a new cafe, I found this little cafe outside of the avenue and give it a try. The place is small but cute. It gives the local cafe feeling and the atmosphere is good too with the wooden aesthetic and interior. The latte tastes good and not burn and I might give it a try with the matcha and chai latte since it seems to be the most popular in here with the food. There are also seats in outdoor for those that want to hangout in the outside too.“

“je me suis demandée si j allais ou non mettre un commentaire car ce n est pas dans mes habitudes .. mais cette fois ci je pense que même négatif ce commentaire peut vous aider. je vis a proximité sur Ontario, et même si je ne suis pas une habituée au quotidien j'aime ce café et sa terrasse en été. Hier le café était toujours bon mais ma gaufre m'est restée sur le coeur au sens figuré comme au sens propre : d'abord on m'avait oubliée, ok correct cela a été reconnu mais aucun geste commercial, ensuite je croque dans un morceau de gaufre, puis un 2eme ; étrange texture pour une gaufre? lourde, massive , pâteuse mais bon j'avale ....tellement sucrée et peu ou pas cuite....le coeur me lève et moi aussi , je sors prendre l'air ... est ce que j y retourne pour me plaindre mais cette fois ci de mauvaise humeur et patraque? Non je rentre chez moi afin de ne pas "peter ma coche en public" et l'envie disons de me retrouver dans ma salle de bain était plus forte . Ce matin je suis convaincue que ce que j'ai mangé était de la pâte à Muffin et non à gauffre! Comme la pâte était déja hyper sucrée , que le service avait rajouté du sucre par dessus et moi du sirop ! Imaginez....le tout ....je suis de ces personnes qui laisse la chance au joueur , j y retournerai c'est certain et des erreurs cela arrive ! Mais sachez et apprenez à gerer vos erreurs“
