“Love the cherry-chocolate-amaretto and vanilla raspberry ice cream flavors. You can get your ice cream and walk through the park. They were so patient and enthusiastic in allowing us to taste a few different flavors. The line was more like a mob in front of the shop and could probably be organized a bit better. Their dog is so cute!“

“I come here weekly it's literally an addiction. The hojicha latte is insane and such a good price too. All the desserts are made of such high quality ingredients but the mochi matcha cookie is my favorite. Perfectly sweet with that deep matcha flavor. Great quality chocolate. Service is always on point. No other matcha place compares at this point lol.“

“This small ice cream shop gets very busy at night. There are no seats, so it is a strict grab-and-go spot. I think the place is okay. The flavors are nothing special, but they have a lot of options on the menu. They have frozen custard and many fruit sorbets, so there is something for everyone. The best part was the staff. They were very friendly and nice, even though it was crowded. It is a good spot to walk by and grab a quick sweet treat.“

“Good ice cream spot in the area. Nice location, close to numerous parks & by the water. Big menu, lots of variety and many formats (for all the family). Downside, the service was extremely slow. The line did not move for the first 15 minutes. The ice creams were good (the biscoff blitz could have used more pieces). The prices are fair for portions. Weird observation, the ice cream wasn’t very cold (weird to say but yeah). Overall, worth the visit.“

“Got a free ice cream on my birthday from Chocolats Favoris. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming. The store itself has a vibrant and exciting ambiance, like Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. There were many options of ice cream and chocolate desserts to choose from. I got the vanilla ice cream in the cup with a hardened dark chocolate coat, it was really good!“

“Our Montreal friends told us these were essential. They weren't exaggerating.

Mr. Puffs sits in a heavily touristed area, which usually makes me skeptical, but locals insisted, and locals were right. The pitch is simple: this is the best part of a doughnut, crispy outside, soft and warm inside, without any of the dense filler (but I'm sure that's an option)

The menu is pleasantly overwhelming. So many drizzle and topping combinations that choosing takes a minute, and you order by the box rather than the piece. I lean savory over sweet as a rule, so I went in expecting to try one and be done. Instead I ate half the box.

My standouts were the Bueno chocolate and the plain caramel. Eaten hot and fresh, straight out of the box, they're exactly what everyone promised. Light, crisp, warm, ridiculously good.

Nobody is claiming this is health food. It's a fun food, done extremely well, and I'd absolutely eat it again. Zero regrets.“
