Bien que j'aie téléchargé le programme de fidélité et que Qwelli sur Instagram ait confirmé qu'il suffisait de présenter la carte pour un petit gelato gratuit le jour de mon anniversaire, on m'a quand même facturé. J'avais même ma pièce d'identité. Je trouve regrettable cette obstination et le manque de satisfaction client.
