“I tried pistachio Sundae, which was brownie ice cream covered in white chocolate and pistachio butter, and honestly… mind-blowing. The brownie, the creamy ice cream, and that rich white-chocolate–pistachio coating were pure perfection. ✨🍨💚

It was a bit too sweet for me, maybe because of the brownie or the sweet pistachio butter — but it was still totally worth trying.

“I ve just been there with my family. The food there is reaaally good. Their prices are affordable, the food is in good portion, tasty and well presented. A big plus this place has is the service, our waitress *Lilia* was really kind and patient with our questions. The owner is lucky to have such good employees“

“When we went they didn’t have any more vegan waffle batter left for the season but we really enjoyed the chocolate gelato. It was dark and creamy and not too sweet! The mango sorbet we tried was way too sweet however, and while they had lots of options, most were fruit sorbets which aren’t my favourite. The only non fruit flavours were hazelnut, pistachio, and chocolate. If you like fruit sorbet, however, they have many options.“

“After seeing all the buzz on social media, I had to try Gaufres & Glaces Beaubien. It totally lived up to the expectations! I ended up ordering a loaded bubble waffle topped with their homemade gelato, and it was absolute perfection—crispy, warm, and creamy all at once. The service was super fast and friendly even though they were busy. The whole shop has such a fun, cozy vibe and is perfect for taking a few photos.“
