“After seeing all the buzz on social media, I had to try Gaufres & Glaces Beaubien. It totally lived up to the expectations! I ended up ordering a loaded bubble waffle topped with their homemade gelato, and it was absolute perfection—crispy, warm, and creamy all at once. The service was super fast and friendly even though they were busy. The whole shop has such a fun, cozy vibe and is perfect for taking a few photos.“

“Great little ice cream spot conveniently located on St-Laurent, right on a busy street. The menu has a lot of options to choose from, and the owner was very nice and friendly. The ice cream was good and you can tell everything was prepared with care. The portions are also very generous and can easily be shared between two people, unless you’re ready to go into a sugar coma. The space itself could use a little refresh.“
