Good ice cream
After seeing all the buzz on social media, I had to try Gaufres & Glaces Beaubien. It totally lived up to the expectations! I ended up ordering a loaded bubble waffle topped with their homemade gelato, and it was absolute perfection—crispy, warm, and creamy all at once. The service was super fast and friendly even though they were busy. The whole shop has such a fun, cozy vibe and is perfect for taking a few photos.
It’s superbly good, but on hot days you have to be patient but it’s worth it!

Gaufres & Glaces Beaubien offers delicious and big waffles, including Kinder and cookie monster varieties, with excellent service and competitive pricing. The restaurant provides huge portions, multiple options, and aesthetically pleasing backgrounds for Instagram photos. The menu is utterly decadent, with everything from ice cream to waffles or milkshakes tasting good. The waitstaff is extremely welcoming and attentive, making customers feel comfortable and well-served. The decor is very beautiful, and the place is a life-affirming experience. However, some customers have reported long wait times to receive their orders, which can be frustrating, especially for families with young children.
