After seeing all the buzz on social media, I had to try Gaufres & Glaces Beaubien. It totally lived up to the expectations! I ended up ordering a loaded bubble waffle topped with their homemade gelato, and it was absolute perfection—crispy, warm, and creamy all at once. The service was super fast and friendly even though they were busy. The whole shop has such a fun, cozy vibe and is perfect for taking a few photos.
It’s superbly good, but on hot days you have to be patient but it’s worth it!
I loved my time in this store! The waffle was simply perfect, with a light texture and exceptional taste. Special mention for the waitress who was extremely welcoming and attentive, she really made us feel comfortable and well served. It's definitely a place to visit
