2nd time I went there and for me, it was the last. I ordered a milkshake and the worst thing was that in addition to the size being no bigger than a small medium, it wasn't tasty at all and the texture was way too liquid, It cost me $15.

Update 2 years later: I love the Waffles and Ice Cream chain, but not this branch. There is always a problem (lack of products, new products not available, store closed even though the opening hours indicate open, etc.).Yum, superb creamery. There are so many choices it's hard to decide what to get. There really is something for everyone and the flavors are original. I love that they regularly release “limited time” flavored waffle cones. The ice cream is creamy and not too sweet. The portions are huge. The place is very trendy and clean. I highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and competitive. On the other hand, I found the service ordinary... the employee was cold and the desserts were made with little attention and several things were missing from the menu (popcorn, waffle cone).

The resto is very cute and “instagramable” however I was quite suprised the lack of attention for the cleanliness of the the toilets which were not clean at all. Otherwise the deserts are tasty but a bit expensive.

Long line, but i felt it was normal seeing the lack of staff. They're often missing the basic chocolat soft serve which is disappointing. I dont recommend going on a week day cuz you'll wait longer and have even less chance of getting what you want. The Ice cream is good though and there is a big selection of treats.
