This is the best banh mi I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. Usually, vegetarian banh mi are not savoury enough, but the vegan chicken banh mi delivered the perfect balance of savoury, pickley, spicy, and fresh. It had a delicious mix of textures as well. One of the best local gems for vegetarian options. Operated by some of the nicest people you’ll meet. If I could give higher than five, I would.One of the best vegetarian options on the board. The owners are really nice.
