Food is amazing, wine recommendations are great and loved the atmosphere. Pizzas are great but don’t skip the pasta and salads too!

“Reservation on a Friday, evening 6:00 p.m. We were able to get a place on the terrace but only 1 table remained available.
Not seeing the menu in advance I didn't really know what to expect but pleasantly surprised I hesitated between several dishes. Some were generous but others found them a little too small (for example the bourgots). Otherwise the service was excellent and fast, beautiful terrace. Great beer/wine too. We liked all our dishes but it remains a menu to taste and discover flavors. So perfect for a glass of wine and plan 2-3 dishes per person“

The wine menu is extensive and they can find something by the glass that will be wonderful with each dish even when no one can agree on what next to eat. The service will work at your pace and you'll neither wait too long nor be rushed through your meal. You can never go wrong at Liverpool House.“

“It's a fun after-work gatheting spot. A mix of communal tables and 'shelf' seating. Fantastic cocktails. The food was simple but delish (tomato salad was the kind you wish you could get all year...calamari was light and delicate, fried chicken bites and caviar were crisp and hit the spot).

We were definitely the 'booners' in the room but loved the vibe, the DJ, and the service. It's loud, so not for the faint of heart or hearing.“

Le service était impeccable, les serveuses ( dont la propriétaire ) étaient souriante , chaleureuse. On avais l'impression de les connaître depuis des années tellement elles étaient gentilles !!

La nourriture était délicieuse, les cocktails bien arrosée, nous avons eu la chance de prendre un shooter avec CoCo la propriétaire.

Sérieux nous recommandons x milles , nous avons appeler pour prendre une réservation 30 minutes avant . Le restaurant a été pleins tout le long ..

“We got the cassava sticks, guasacaca chicken plate, black beans and plantain arepa, and guasacaca arepa. The guasacaca sauce is really delicious and addictive! Really good portion sizes. The fried plantains were amazing! The air conditioning was so cold and perfect!!!

Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegetarian and vegan options of the arepas which is great. The vegan options we tried didn’t feel like you were missing out on richness or flavour.

Make sure you mix the noodles very well with the meat and the sauce and the end result is a very flavourful and comforting meal. The tea egg was the best thing egg I’ve had to date. The ambiance was great and the service was quick and efficient. We reached the recent by 7:30pm and there was long line, but it moved quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.“

“Visited fairly late at night on 8/22. Sat promptly then seemingly forgotten about for 10mins or so. It was pretty busy so I won't get too worked up. Gentleman came to take order, nice guy. I need to preface this next part with, I HATE pickles. Not, "oh darn there's a pickle on that, I'll just take it off", more "oh there's a pickle on that, never eating as it is infected, and I should burn the building down to be safe". I communicate that in a way to every server so they get it. My brother also piled on reminding our server I didn't want a pickle on the coleslaw.

So, the coleslaw showed up with a pickle.... so not eating that. Yes I could have tried returning, but I didn't pay enough attention in French class and it's coleslaw right? Why make a big deal when I can do it later online....

Sandwich was... good? I mean it was yummy but not crazy. The poutine... The fries and cheese were fine, but go easy on the thyme or rosemary in the gravy. Edible but not memorable.

Oh.. and the reason for 3 stars instead of 4? that meal plus a pop was $43.82 with tip. Not worth it... at all.“
