Incredible meal, service, and atmosphere. We sat right next to the cellar which was beautiful. The food was impeccably served and just as delicious as it was prepared and arranged on our plates. The wines were wonderful as well! We were so glad that we were able to try some local wine from the region.
Nourriture savoureuse, endroit raffiné et paisible, excellent service reçu de la part de Xavier. Un seul petit bémol la musique était un peu trop forte.
Service merveilleux. Plats originaux et intelligents. Recettes très matures. Globalement très bien exécutés. Petit bémol: légère sur cuisson de la morue. Dommage. La sorte d'espuma sur un poisson trop cuit manque la cible. J'aurai remplacé l'épinard de la raviole d'huître par de la tétragone.
