There was nothing 'wrong' with any of the components of the meal. The service was at Ritz standard. Food was excellent.
Ate on the inside part of the patio, and it was busy for a school night.
Was hoping the Daniel Boulud part of the menu would dazzle, amaze, inspire. It felt very much like any other Ritz Carlton dinning room, highlighting french cuisine.

I really enjoyed my experience at Maison Boulud. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was perfectly prepared albeit the main ourselves was a tad underseasoned. The bison carpaccio made for a great start. The black garlic mayonnaise complimented it very well without overwhelming the meat. We would happily return to Maison Boulud. We had a reservation and were warmly greeted and promptly seated indoors, overlooking the lovely garden terrace. All waitstaff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Roman, our waiter, and Gilbert, the sommolier, were top-notch and gave us good recommendations. The wine list is exceptional.
