Stopped by the pied de porc farci a couple weeks ago on a quiet Tuesday evening and the whole place still had this warm, slightly chaotic energy that made for great candid shots. The duck in a can they prepare tableside is as rich as everyone says, and I managed to snag a nice low angle photo of the broth being poured right at the table. Stopped by for an early dinner last Friday and the staff let my dog settle right by our table on the terrace without any fuss, which made the whole night way less stressful. The duck in a can was ridiculous, like nothing I've had anywhere else in Montreal, and the portions are genuinely huge so come hungry.
