The ramen was very delicious and flavourful. I really enjoyed the fact that you can customize your salt preferences and toppings, such as green onions, pork belly or vegetables and adding seaweed and egg. The broth was very tasty and the noodles were fresh. I got the thin noodles, but they also offer thick ones. The atmosphere was very nice and the waiter was helpful. Best ramen in Quebec in my humble opinion. The broth is flavorful, rich and thick. The meat is incredibly tender and tasty. The possibility of adding spice to our liking is also a must if you want a ramen exactly to your taste. This is my go-to place for anyone looking for the best ramen experience! The wait can be long during peak periods but it's worth the detour!
