My absolute favourite cafe in old Montreal! The espresso is so creamy and flavourful, the service is spot on, and the guy behind the counter (I should have asked for your name!!) is an absolute master at the art of maintaining a nice balance between exceptional customer service and making the best cappuccinos! These guys were my lifeline of coffee for the few months i was visiting Montreal. Great service open early and late. Over the top amazing cappuccino. When I return to Montreal my hotel will be based on proximity to a cafe olimpico. Would give 6 stars if I could

Don't let the huge line up deter you. It does move fast, even though it was only 1 guy working when I visited. He was friendly and tried to chat with each customer even though he was doing everything by himself (from making drinks to clearing tables) There are a few tables inside but it is a small and cozy place. The ricotta bombolini was super light and not overly sweet at all! Coffee was delicious too! Merci.
