I have been coming to this Tim Hortons many times before, and I have never had an experience like this. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was very disappointing.
On August 29, 2026, at around 12:00 a.m., I came to this location to place an order. While I was speaking to a female employee, she ignored me and did not respond to me. Her attitude and the way she treated me made me feel disrespected, embarrassed, and unwelcome as a customer.

5-Star Review for Tim Hortons at 7340 Boul. Decarie, Montreal
Stopped by the Tim Hortons on 7340 Boul. Decarie today and it was exactly what I needed! This location is super convenient, right near Jean-Talon, with easy drive-thru access and quick service even during a busy morning.
The Mocha was outstanding — rich, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced with their signature smooth coffee. Not too sweet, just the right amount of espresso kick to start the day right....read full review

Tim Hortons on Decarie near Jean Talon offers good service, with staff making an effort to be quick despite high customer volume. While there may be some wait times and a need for more staff, recent changes in operations since July 2025 have led to improvements in service and cleanliness. Customers appreciate the convenience of this location, especially for quick stops to refill drinks. However, some feel the atmosphere is less comfortable compared to past experiences at different Tim Hortons. The menu has interesting options that may be worth trying for breakfast. Overall, it is a reliable choice in the area.
