Quite possibly the most disorganized Tim Hortons I've ever been in. Had a mobile order in and it was lost in a pile of about 1,000 tickets. Staff was friendly enough but the mobile order took almost 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and was incorrect. I didn't ask for it to be corrected because it was taking so long.

There are plenty of tables available, allowing customers to find a place to sit comfortably. However, there have been concerns about one employee's rudeness in the morning, which the owner is encouraged to address. Overall, the team is known for their kindness, and many customers appreciate the warm service they receive.
