“Yesterday I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and sausage in it. They forgot my sausage. I was alittle upset but ate it. Today Joel can on the speaker and recognized my voice and apologized they realized that I didn’t get the right bagel yesterday. He said I will make you a replacement! WOW! 🤩 this is taking care of your guest. I felt appreciative. Good work 5star guys.“
“When the restaurant is open (inside) the staff is wonderful! The MAJOR PROBLEM is reliability on the hen you can actually get inside to eat absolutely NO Reliability on hours . Says open at 7am (20 min walk to get there ) arrive at 7:15am still not open and when I call they are unable to tell me when I can actually get in - this happens on a regular basis unless the owner or manager are on site. Losing many customers ( those with cars who want to sit down to eat end up leaving. Not so bad when the weather is good but won’t be going often this fall and winter!“
