Tim Hortons, located at exit 25 of the Laurentian Autoroute, is a convenient stopover for families on their way to or from the ski hills. However, it is recommended to avoid ordering in the evening due to staff shortages. On these nights, there are only two people in the kitchen, leading to long wait times even for drive-through service.

In one instance, a customer received their order without any greeting or confirmation from the staff member. When the customer checked the bag, another staff member quickly asked what they were looking for, causing slight confusion. The customer found their squished sandwich at the bottom of the bag, thanked the staff member, and left.

The customer suggests that a simple greeting or acknowledgment from the initial staff member would have prevented the need for the second interaction.
