Tim Hortons in Saint Jerome

“This Tim's has got to be the friendliest of them all. I've been here quite a few times as it's conveniently located across from the hospital. The staff are very very pleasant and friendly. Quick service even when it's extremely busy.“

“The weekday morning staff is super efficient. (Between 4:30 a.m. and 5:15 a.m.) Always in a good mood and fast.
The line at the drive-thru is long but you just get through there because of the good service. Until now I have toast or timmatin always good and hot.“

“I went only to get a coffee and use the restrooms. Nice place and clean as Tim Horton can be. My coffee could be hotter but as I order a 3 milk coffee I wonder if it's really their fault. Only difference is that I've been served by a beautiful and polite black lady. Cheers!“

“Je vais souvent à ce Tim Hortons, et j’ai remarqué récemment qu’ils avaient changé de staff. L’ancien staff de Août, Sep, Oct, faisais constamment des erreurs c’était épouvantable. Depuis le mois de novembre j’ai remarqué que le staff était différent est le service est IMPECCABLE. Les employés sont aimables, rapides et compétents. On a aucune erreur sur nos commandes :)“
