Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its diverse vegetarian options. The restaurant is very good to use especially in the evening, at night, and during the day. However, since COVID, access to the inside has become unpleasant, and the toilets are not very clean. Some customers have reported issues with the service, including an employee who quibbles loudly with other staff. Despite these concerns, the restaurant has very good service and a very nice welcome, and it is always clean. The boss should think about keeping employees with respect and paying them at their fair value. Efforts to address feedback, like offering free items for order errors, continue.
