Really nice guy
Tim Hortons lacks the quality and magic it had a few years back. Their coffee is probably the worst choice (McDonald's is better) so most people take dark roast, their muffins are frozen and re-heated , staff looks all like temporary workers. Profit obsession vs, quality and customer satisfaction. Not frequently visiting

Tim Hortons is a typical spot with a good location. The drive-through can be busy, but the service inside is excellent. The food is delicious, especially the toast and timmies, always served hot. The morning staff is efficient, in a good mood, and fast, making the experience enjoyable. However, there can be issues with lack of employees causing frustration. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with great coffee and food, making it a go-to place for many.
