Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its wonderful staff when it's open. However, the major issue is the lack of reliability in its hours of operation. Customers often arrive to find the restaurant unexpectedly closed, even during the advertised opening times. The quality of the coffee, particularly the cappuccino, is inconsistent, and the prices are high. Despite these challenges, the friendly and helpful cashiers make for a positive customer experience.
