Food and drinks is fine (typical Tim Hortons)... But the staff here is excellent. They know me and have my coffee ready before I even get to the front of the line.

Service is very lacking. I ordered through the PROVIDED self-order kiosk and waited a whole half-hour to be called, then came to check-in on my order and they said they didn't have mine. I had to talk to 2 servers then the manager realized they weren't tracking orders through it yet. No apology, no compensation for my time, not even a smile, just a bad attitude and an eye roll. I'm very patient with servers but this was just unacceptable.
