Very slow service on this Sunday morning. 10 minutes to wait to order, then rudely interrupted by the cashier while she took drive through orders in the middle of my order. I never knew if she was talking to me or into the mic. Felt like an idiot repeating myself numerous times to realise she wasn't listening. Understaffed and perhaps undertrained, or maybe they just don't care.
Good food good service 2 complains , how can they charge for water ? And excuse is they want to charge 10 cents for cup , so why don't they charge for cup for coffee why only water ??Secondly at Brookdale restaurant only , card linked payment from app is not happening from more than a month , everyone knows the same , why is it being allowed to continue why not finding a solution ??Why causing inconvenience to customers
