Have spoken with the supervisor and manager and they have resolved the issues from our visit and issues afterwards that we had.

The Management team of this facility is truly amazing. You can tell they care and strive for customer service excellency.

When we are back in Cornwall we will be stopping by here again solely based on the management team.

I see lots of 5 stars here but I must say I can only give it 1. We got there at approx. 7pm on Tuesday July 23/2024.

Front desk girl was awesome and sat us right away.

Our waitress, won't say names but on our receipt says #42, came over and took our drink order. 2 waters, one orange crush and a white milk.

She delivered the drinks and took our food order. Food came out recently fast but this is where it went wrong.

We got our meals, usually a waiter/waitress comes back within 5 to 10 minutes and checks in. Well she never came back. Approx 30 minutes go by and still nothing. At this point I am done my meal and my water. No refill, doesn't comeback to take a plate away nothing. Now my wife is done and we still haven't seen her. Now our children are done and still haven't seen her back at our table but she was able to go to the table directly behind us about 4 or 5 times.

So now we wait and wait and wait for a bill and still nothing. So I had to ask another waitress, didn't get her name but I must say, she never stopped working the entire time we were there. She earns every dollar and every tip unlike waitress 42 that "served" us. So I ask her if we can get the bill as we had a 2 plus hour drive home. As we she is bringing us the debit machine etc, all if a sudden number #42 arrives. I still tipped her because times are tough etc but I must say in all my travels, she is in on my top 3 least courteous servers I have ever had.

The food was great. Tasty, hot and filling. Service from 42 sucked.

We all have bad days but in the customer service industry you have to put on a happy face or take the day off if you're not mentally going to be there.”

“Amazing food. Wonderful ambiance . Each dish was prepared perfectly. Our server was friendly and she took time to explain what some.of the dishes were. Chef Ravi came out and spoke with us and a few of the other tables. Highly recommend!”

“Tired and hungry on a motorcycle trip to the east coast, I had eaten here twice before six months ago and it was great both times. The third time was great again. Service is friendly and quick and accurate and, also important, reasonably priced. My main server was Melissa but she had two others backing her up. On my way out I spoke briefly with the owner Alex who recommended a breakfast place I should try when I head out in the morning.

Overall a great place I have no hesitations recommending!”

“We stopped in for lunch. I got the bangers and mash which was alright. I have had much better and I prefer actual banger sausages then the ones they served. The French onion soup was top notch. Fish and chips were really well done as well. My kids liked the cheese pizza. I tried it and it was nothing special. I would prefer a more crispy undercarriage but that's my preference. Service was slow for there being our table and 1 other as was the food to come out.”

“My family and I were in Cornwall for a 3 day convention. Initially we wanted something “different” but settled on something easy. I know it’s a chain restaurant so the pizza is predictable, but you can tell this location cares about what they are doing! The best chain pizza I’ve had. Sebastian is great! He is kind, courteous and personable. He really cares about the customer experience and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you for the exceptional service and quality.”

“We have enjoyed many meals from Marrow and Spice. Our favourites are Clam Chowder, Shepherd's Pie, Meatloaf and Chicken Pot Pie.The portions are satisfying for both adults and teens.The meals come frozen and delivered to your door!Mike responds promptly to your orders and delivers quicky. He even dropped food off on a Sunday!It's worth a try for convenience and healthy 'real food' that heats up quickly in your microwave. The containers are also great for lunches and left overs ?♻️.If you enjoy homemade 'comfort food' Marrow and Spice is a must try.”

“This bar is not bad of a venue for shows and events. The space holds a good amount of people. They have small games, slot machines, and a billiard table. One of the downsides is that they only accept cash payment.”

“Had the best time at the Cornwall location. Every seat in the house was filled to watch game 7. Just when we thought we’d have to watch game elsewhere Bobby was able to rearrange some tables and hooked us up with the best seats in the house! Thanks Bobby!!”

Vegetarian options: My girlriend is vegan and this is one of the better places in town to get something quick that's also filling”

“Amazing experience from start to finish. Marie Chantal is amazing. She was so kind, witty, patient & helpful that it felt like we were having brunch at a friend's place. She made great suggestions & didn't bat an eye when i asked about altering an order extra ( I got the holandais sauce on my homefries as per her suggestion but ask to leave out the cheese). She was right, it was AMAZING.
The restaurant is clean, open & airy and the perfect level of cheerful lighting as opposed to cave dark/ sunglasses bright lighting. Even though we took forever to decide/order, our drinks & food were very timely, hot & delicious.
MC was friendly & helpful without hovering (she has mastered her craft). The food was so good we barely spoke during our meal (a miracle for 2 blabbermouths) except to rave about the food (generous portions), the service (kind you don't often experience today).
We definitely have a new fave breakfast place. We actually can't wait to lunch there.”

I love popping in for some chocolates—my favourite—every now and then. They melt in your mouth and leave such a satisfying aftertaste. They actually energize me and give me a good boost. I often give my friends or coworkers some chocolates and they are hooked! Even if you aren’t into chocolate, their cookies and macarons are delicious. They’re all baked fresh and they even have some gluten free and keto options. It’s the closest thing to homemade goods you can get! I totally recommend this place for good quality chocolates and gluten free products, especially as gifts.”

“The puffs are always fresh. The boxes of 24 are a great price knowing that you will only have 24. I received 37 instead of 24 so fantastic. Be careful, however, of cross-contamination.

“Nice little shop in cornwall if your visiting. ice cream quality is good and aren't too sweet like the DQ one which is what I love. nice range of flavour and ok price wise...They even have patio to sit and enjoy. parking is free.”

“I took my kids there on Sunday for my 3 years olds birthday treat. He's never been, we're cautious of eating out because of his peanut allergy. But we had an amazing experience! I told the gentleman working that he had an allergy and asked if anything was safe for him (fully expecting to have to leave) but he showed me two machines that have never been used for nuts. And because of covid the toppings are all seperate and the nut toppings are on a different shelf. He even offered multiple times to go in the back and get him whatever fresh toppings he wanted to avoid any cross contamination. Not only was the frozen yogurt delicious, but the service was amazing. We will be back! ☺️”

“Anytime I am passing through Cornwall this is a must STOP and eating location. Chicken will beat st.hubs any day of the week. Home made gravy, perfect fries and love the bread the chicken sits on when presented to you. It perfectly soaks up the grease and is the tastiest part of the meal. Takeout and delivery are also at best quality but I personally enjoy sitting in the restaurant. Handicapped friendly and lot's of parking. The soup of the day is included in your meal and is worth it.

If you happen to see this you won't regret eating at this lovely establishment and a staple of Cornwall tradition.”

“I'm from Montreal, but I'm a big Taco bell fan, so I've been to this location a few times now. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the food always hits the spot. For the uninitiated, I recommend a crunchwrap Supreme, and don't forget to get some Baja Blast!”

“I was in today and asked the young lady at the veggies to just put on whatever she wanted. She was surprised and the request, but played along. She hoped I would like it. I did. I was less worried about the taste - I asked for random, and that's what I got. I was more impressed by the playful, positive and wonderful attitude of all of the staff during a busy lunch rush!”

“OK the food is good but needs spices. For example the best eggrolls in Most places in Ottawa has some cinemon powder on em. And in the Plumb sauce they put some Cloue of Giroff in the sauce to get it some zing and spice.
But what do I know ? Only that My favorite Chinese Restaurent in Orleansbontario does it and they got lines of clients that buy a lot of Eggrolls and other things. The Rice is a bit blanch and missing that classic zing to the Fried rice. The place still does not serve food to tables....
But it's the best one in Cornwall but it would not be in Ottawa as it would be a 3 stars in that market. I find that a lot of restaurants in Corwall are bland and borring.”

“I go to this Tim's almost every day on my way to work or going over for lunch breaks. The staff are usually quite friendly! Today, I went through drive thru to get my morning cup of coffee and Nathan absolutely cracked me up at the speaker and window! Absolutely made my morning!!! We need more people like you!! I hope this finds its way back to him he deserves the recognition! Coffee was absolutely delicious too as usual!”
