“I wanted to commend two of your employees for their exceptional service tonight during an extremely busy shift. The restaurant was packed both in-house and at the drive-thru. The young man at the front counter, Joey, and the lady managing the drive-thru did a phenomenal job handling the rush. She was so dedicated to supporting him while managing her own responsibilities that I missed her name, but both deserve high praise for their work ethic.“

“Always hits the spot! I used to live in Cornwall, so I know this Taco Bell on Ninth Street well. It’s exactly what you want when you get that craving.

The staff here are super friendly and hustle hard to get the food out fast. The dining area is modern and really clean, though it’s a bit on the smaller side, so it can get crowded if they're busy. Usually, I just grab a Crunchwrap or a value box, and it's always fresh and hot.

One quick heads up: if you’re someone who loves to customize your order (swapping proteins, holding the sauce, etc.), just do a quick bag check before you pull away. Heavily modified orders sometimes get mixed up during a rush, and occasionally the Crunchwraps can be a little light on the filling.“

The cashier was “ in training “ but she was amazing at her job. Her customer service was on point.
Then she made my coffee and the direct handoff with a smile was great!
Then when my food arrived the gentleman also did a direct handoff rather than placing the food on the counter he handed it to me with a smile“
