KFC receives mixed reviews regarding its facilities and food. The restaurant's appearance could use improvement, as some customers mention outdated decor and a need for repairs, such as painting the exterior, replacing windows, and maintaining the cleanliness of the floors, windows, and door handles. The food generally receives positive comments, particularly the flavor of the chicken and plant-based options, but there are complaints about the fries being cold and chicken being dry. Some customers have noticed that the chicken pieces appear to be smaller. The restaurant offers a huge, free parking lot and is wheelchair accessible with wheelchair seating available.
