I used to really enjoy your food I dont know what had happened the last few times, especially this last time... I called an order my usual poutine, and am only 6 or 7 minutes away by foot. I waited 80 mins wound up calling twice only to finally get a poutine that not only had it set for about 100 mins, but it'd be lucky if it saw the oven for 5 mins as none of the cheese was melted, the bacon was hard and dry as though it was left over from yesterday.. I dont know if I would be considered a regular, I dont think so, but maybe, but either way, if this is what the frequent customer or the occasional snacker can expect it leaves alot to be desired, which is unfair. If you raise your prices shouldnt the quality of your service improve a bit too? I would have no complaint if it had it stayed the same except sadly, I pay more, wait longer and get something that isnt even worth your original prices ...just disappointing as I really use to enjoy quite a few of the selections found on your menu. Consistency would be great though, there is no neogation in the price yet, the quality always varies lately from mediocre to I kind of regret ordering. Maybe I will get blocked or told I dont have to eat your food, but it's not so much about getting something or not having to do something in fact, its about not getting something in a proper time and then still having the obligation to then pay for something that shouldve been better sooner..
