“Had lunch for the first time there with my friend Kathy today. I had a delicious meatball sub, probably the best one I have had in years anywhere! Took a couple of tasty desserts to go for later. Excellent menu choices and wonderful warm service from staff and management. I will definitely be back as often as possible!”

“Today we were travelling with our Rv on the 401 heading east. We had a blowout on the RV driver’s side. CAA said they could not change a tire on the 401 Highway as it would be too dangerous. So we hobbled to the nearest exit. I checked google maps and saw how close we were to Jimmys we called and explained our dilemma and they said it would be no problem if we waited there for the CAA. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch while we waited. Thank you Jimmy’s for your understanding. We have already recommended your restaurant to our friends in Long Sault and we will certainly come back again when we are in the area. Thanks for your kindness.”

This time, I enjoyed the delicious lox salad and croque madame, cooked with only the finest ingredients and loads of love :) I can’t emphasize enough how much I thoroughly enjoy every meal I’ve had here. “Went on an amazing first date last night. Darcy and Adam were nothing short of fantastic hosts from phone reservation to allowing us to try food we had never tasted before, to amazing entrees. My short rib grilled cheese and her kimchi burger was fantastic. The aesthetic and ambiance reminded me of a warm heated cabin in the Colorado wilderness. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a bigger celebration next time! 10/5 stars.”

“4 orders in a row, they've messed up a simple sub. Steak and cheese with ONLY onions , NOTHING else. McDonald's does a better job🤦‍♀️ Up at 3 am and go out for my only meal at 7 pm, but, not eating it. Call and was informed we will have to wait for a refund. Listening to a customer's order, when not busy, should be an easy enough task. Will NOT be using nor recommending them! **Update** called and reported the mess up and wanting a refund. Was told someone would call me the next day, have still heard nothing!”

“Everything is made to perfection. The staff is awesome. They know me, and what I drink. The place is kept super clean. My suggestion would be more delivery days offered. Maybe a couple hours each day .. And the new ordering system is not convenient at all. I don't think I would ever place an order thru there. It's too confusing. Just the way it's organized. No I have to search thru the whole inventory or list of items before I get to the one I like ... other than that, I love this place!”

“Very good Italian food in Massena. Couple of small things I would change but nothing major. The chicken nuggets are really processed like you would get in a fast food restaurant, they could definitely do better.
The wait staff is very...efficient.
The pepperoni is quite spicy I was surprised. It would be nice to have a similar item on the menu that wasn't as spicy, like maybe a salami topping.”

“This is my local Tim’s and I’m a regular. Love it! The breakfast menu has a bunch of excellent options. All very tasty. My go to is the grilled farmers wrap w/bacon and sausage. Coffee is always fresh and delicious and I love that they air fry their hash browns as opposed to deep frying.

“Stopped in after dinner out for a couple drinks with friends. Was pleasantly surprised. Very unassuming from the outside, but very clean and welcoming inside. Super friendly bartender, touch tunes, pool and darts. Other patrons also friendly. Will definitely make this a regular stop.”

“Had goulash today. Big chunks of sausage and pepperoni slices in it. Very, very good meal with the goulash you receive a slice of home made bread and butter pkg. Also I ordered a pepperoni calzone and I I got to tell you it was delicious NOT doughy. The right amount of cheese and pepperoni pepperoni outthrough the calzone. I did a pickup he was ready to hand over to me. With a smile on his face. Great attitude. Thank you everyone at Trombino's”
