Everything was very good here - haddock tacos big thumbs up by all who tried them & same for the rest of the appetizers ordered (no mains ordered this time around). Staff was great to - thanks to all for a nice evening.
This place is a hidden gem. Had to go to Cornwall on business. Stayed at the hotel. I typically don't eat at hotels for a million reasons...but this place was packed when I arrived to check in. My entire stay I ate here for room service and in the restaurant. Very friendly staff, cozy lodge like atmosphere. Great beers on tap and great wine and drink selection. Food was exceptional. Deep fried pickles were amazing. My husband had fish and chips and I had fish tacos. Both dishes were super tasty. Our server Linda was friendly and offered great suggestions. We had a leisure meal in the comfy chairs after a long drive and she never hurried us out. Would definitely return here next time we are in Cornwall.
