“Yesterday around 7:30 PM, I stopped by this Subway and had a really great experience. The employee who helped me (I think his name started with P) was friendly, polite, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. He took his time with my order, listened carefully, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. Everything was prepared neatly and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing a good job rather than just rushing through orders.
