“We stumbled upon this restaurant because we were looking for a quick lunch, and Vietnamese is typically quick. What we didn’t expect was how flavourful it would be!!! This was for certain the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten. I had the beef vermicelli with half salad/half vermicelli and my kiddo had beef pho. The salad part of my vermicelli was so flavourful with tons of fresh mint and cilantro. My kiddo was also blown away and finished every bit of the very large serving of pho. I will make a point of returning every time I am in Ottawa. Oh - and the restaurant was spotless!“

“What an amazing little spot! I had the prosciutto primo (I think that’s the name) and it was DELISH, SOOOOO WORTH IT I’m gonna come back here every time I’m visiting Ottawa. Sam was so incredibly helpful and kind and recommended the sandwhich I got which I will remember until I die, it was so delicious. I want to have the baby of the bread they use, it’s that good. “Very good food sometimes go by there. When I'm in Ottawa, as there are not very many Mr subs left. I like the bread definitely better than Subway. Not quite as good as firehouse, but I'm definitely a good option. This location seemed to be clean fresh. Good, fast service and decent price. All right, we'll definitely check it out again.Then, you should too I doubt you'll be disappointed. There is a variety of menu items, including a cookie with marshmallow. In between it which looks decent, I may have to try that. And also, they have a steak in cheese queso sub, which also looks good. So check them out, tell them I sent you.“

One thing I wanted to mention is that while my friend and I were eating in the evening, three teenagers came in and started causing a disturbance. They were trying to get free food, became loud with the employees, and even threatened to leave bad reviews when they didn’t get what they wanted.

We visited at lunch today July 10th. The line moved efficiently but not rushed and hurried. I appreciated the efficiency but also the extra few seconds of attention to sandwiches. It made a difference. When we sat down to enjoy our sandwiches, I was taken aback at how perfect it was. Ot was fluffy, toasted, the vegetables had a chilled crunch combined with the toasted melted shredded cheese and meat. I told my daughter it was the most enjoyable subway sandwich I’ve ever had. “Tight spot for a fat sandwich. I ate tuna fish. They scrambled the tuna fish with mayo. Probably Mediterranean Tuna. Hellmans mayo , the best mayonnaise. Added vegetables. Nice vegetables like cucumbers. Staff spoke to me in a friendly manner. Atmosphere is weird. Too many lights, too bright. But I didn't stay. I actually ate my fat tuna bun at home with a small glass of cow milk. The 2%.“

“Amazing customer service. My husband is celiac and have to say this is the most satisfied we have been with precautions at any fast food restaurant in the last 3 years. Obviousally, cannot guarantee with 100% certainty no gluten, but they went over the top to ensure there was the least possible chance of cross contamination. Excellent food! Excellent service!“
