“We stumbled upon this restaurant because we were looking for a quick lunch, and Vietnamese is typically quick. What we didn’t expect was how flavourful it would be!!! This was for certain the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten. I had the beef vermicelli with half salad/half vermicelli and my kiddo had beef pho. The salad part of my vermicelli was so flavourful with tons of fresh mint and cilantro. My kiddo was also blown away and finished every bit of the very large serving of pho. I will make a point of returning every time I am in Ottawa. Oh - and the restaurant was spotless!“

“Holy Moly!!! One of the unfortunate details of growing old, is remembering how good things used to be. Eating out nowadays, I almost always feel jipped... I rarely eat out anymore except for Swiss Chalet and occasionally Harvey's. My daughter offered to pick me up a sub after her shift today. I got the Captain's Club and let me tell you, this Captain runs a tight ship! This sandwich was created with pride and very generously heaped high. Everything was very fresh and I could have not wanted a little more of this or that!! Every bite was as good as the first. Loved the fine shredded lettuce.! “2 weeks ago, my guy and I stopped in last minute in the pouring rain, store was near closing after I was playing a gig nearby. The young guy working had done a METICULOUS job cleaning.

I'm celiac, and I hate it, but for the first time at a Subway, I felt completely safe with this guy's level of care.

He let us know the store was closing, but didn't demand us out, tysm for your time and care-

I would ask only why all Subways don't seem to have a laminated print out of allergens though. No Subway ever has this list, and I have to Google it every time.

Obviousally, cannot guarantee with 100% certainty no gluten, but they went over the top to ensure there was the least possible chance of cross contamination. Excellent food! Excellent service!“

“My favourite Subway by far. Staff are always super friendly, especially the main guy during the day (maybe the manager?) who always remembers my order and is always so pleasant to talk to.

Sandwiches are always made generously and are delicious each and every time. I never have to beg for more vegetables (unlike other locations - ahem, Merivale Mall) because they always put enough on and do exactly as you ask.
