Amazing subs. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had! On top of that, the customer service is amazing. I had an issue and the manager went above and beyond in order to correct it as soon as possible.
Not only are the owners a lovely couple - the subs are to DIE FOR!!! It's totally worth the trip to centrum!! Thanks again for a spectacular sub dinner!! Dawn, Jeff & Cameron
Very generous and tasty portion of extra meat on Italian Medium Sub. Toppings are fresh, and plenty. Much higher quality and larger portion of meat than Subway. Costs at around $13 for a medium 8 inch sub. Free hot sauce display for you to choose and top your sub. Dining tables are large and spacious. Service is friendly and fast. Vibe of restaurant great. Highly would recommend this Firehouse subs restaurant and definitely don’t go to Subway anymore.

Based on the reviews, Firehouse Subs (Kanata Centrum) serves outstanding subs that are good size and reasonable price. The brisket and cheddar is a go-to sub, and the spicy cajun chicken is also a favorite. The staff are incredibly kind, nice, and quick. The restaurant is super friendly, clean, and reasonably sized. They have a great hot sauce bar and a fancy Coke machine for any drink. The subs are made incredibly well with loads of meat and veggies and the perfect balance of sauce. Customers love that the restaurant donates back to local fire stations to help get new equipment for first responders.
