Bread on both of the footlong subs I ordered was stale. I did not notice till I got them home. I sent a message to Subway and they said sorry we will do better. Now that I see all these bad reviews I don’t think they will.So sad
Horrible expérience both food and from the employee.I ordered a footlong through the subway app, footlong comes burnt , no taste simply waste of money.Reached out to the employee who was working for help, instead of helping, he started arguing ?. Worst experience, i tried explaining the employee that it’s not my first time to a subway and the employee started saying that they have been in the business for more than 20 years, no one complained. I wish I knew the young guys name who helped us out, we were there on March 27th @ 9 pm and received the best customer service I’ve ever had at a subway. Very caring, attentive and engaged in conversation. It’s a breath of fresh air. Thank you for a great experience after a very long day!!!
