Went to the TIm hortons in Winchester. Was greeted and served by Stacy. She was amazing. We had a slight issue with our preorder but she fixed it quickly and happily. She has a very nice smile and is very good at her job
Great team and polite behaviour.

Tim Hortons is a busy and popular restaurant known for quick and friendly service. It offers various vegetarian options and is suitable for different dietary restrictions. The restaurant has ample parking, is wheelchair accessible, and is kid-friendly. Staff members, especially Peggy, are often praised for their wonderful care and customer service skills, making visits more pleasant. Customers appreciate that their coffee is stirred every time, which they consider a big deal. However, there are occasional issues such as dirty bathrooms and tables, and some customers have experienced burnt food or incomplete coffee orders, possibly due to the restaurant being busy. Recently, there has been a noticeable decrease in the quality and accuracy of drive-thru orders, with reports of miscommunication. Some customers have expressed concern about changes in staff, mentioning that newer employees, who may be newcomers to Canada, might affect service standards. Despite these issues, many still enjoy visiting the location for the cheerful staff and good service. The restaurant's efforts to provide vegetarian options and accessibility make it a convenient choice for many customers.
